Shipping policy

Where do you ship? We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Orders are produced at the facility closest to the customer's delivery address, with production partners across Europe, the United States, and other regions.

How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times from the date of order, including production:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • UK, USA, Canada, Australia: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 7–14 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to destination, product type, carrier availability, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Which carriers do you use? Orders are fulfilled through trusted logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. The carrier is selected automatically based on the delivery destination and product type. We do not offer carrier selection at checkout.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping starts from €5. Free shipping is available on all orders over €60. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order contents.

Order tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

Customs and import duties For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order processing Orders typically enter production within 1–2 business days. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered production.

Incorrect address Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your email] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
