Refund policy

Returns We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at hello@sada.gallery. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@sada.gallery within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items As our products are printed on demand, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items that have been hung, mounted, or otherwise used
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.
EU Cooling-Off Period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. This right does not apply to custom or personalised products.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@sada.gallery.
